i suppose it's what it looks like and you enter bad credentials, either your username or password is incorrect, try the password reset, to be able to reset your password, you need to remember your username (account nickname) and email address too which is linked to your CB acc

Same problem.. And when I tried to reset password it is showing invalid email..and I am very much sure about my I'd and password. it is a serious problem. But if we create a new account then there is no problem.. Please suggest.

in that case you need to contact CB support, if they can't address this issue, nobody can

yea, that's possible, not sure if their support works on the weekends or not
however somebody here may already have the solution and will chime in while waiting

The problem has to do with the browser you are using to log in your CB account. Try to use another browser than the one you are used to.

Have you ever promote driver hound ? if so then your account is all blocked..

Guys I have the same problem.. when I call the support they told me that the account got suspended... I really don't know why it got suspended and it shows - http status 401 bad credentials.. I'm waiting for response now from them

Many of the accounts of got suspended . There is no reason . Try with new account. and you won't be getting any payment for those suspended account.
