Hey, great journey!
I recommend you not to beat yourself up too much if some days you can not accomplish all the things you had on your checklist.
In my experience, what I do is plan what I'll have to do the next day (as you do) but I only add 3 important things, and from those 3, I MUST do at least the one that it's more important. If I do all three, it's great! but I MUST do at least that one. You won't beat yourself up that much, feel better and the results are really good too.
I nearly forgot... do whatever that you dislike the most or it's harder for you to do THE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING! Your willpower is the strongest at that time of the day and fades away as time goes on.
As for exercise, I used to do 45m to 1hr workout sessions every afternoon. I realised by that time, I am dead! Tried first thing in the morning, and it was sooo much better, but still tough... Now I do somewhere around 20 minutes early in the morning, and then once every three hours or so, once I get stuck and the brain stops engaging, I exercise for about 15 minutes with some music. It is great to get out of the problem. You can't be in the problem, you must be on
I encourage you to keep on this journey, even passed those 90 days. You won't probably reach the mail list goal, but who cares? Tour progress is great, and if you don't give up, you'll eventually hit the 30k mark, and believe it or not, it will be sooner than later...
Good luck!
