Packs don't work anymore, Bing changed their rules a couple months ago, only 1 coupon per account, account must be CC/PP or VCC verified to redeem a code.

I have a question regarding how to use this coupon.

First of all, is it activated now? Can i use it now ?

Another doubt is, I have created my bing account yesterday and i have not added any payment Option. I was thinking to make it Postpay. But You mentioned to add $10 before using the coupon. So should i go with Prepay and add $10 or i can add payment details in postpay and continue ? I don't have issues in adding $10, But i want to be on the safe side.
