Bots tagging my account ?? How is that possible?

So I just had a bot with 0 followers 0 likes comment my photo with something like:

fashion_ages 5C4as%m 5A2#z ...

So I go to this page fashion_ages & this fukker has like 95K Followers & doing shoutouts for 20 Euros.

I scroll down to his first pic I see People complaining about the tagging....

Now the million dollar question, which software is being used for this kind of fukkery ?

I'd like to know too as I've gotten a couple like this lately. One pic, which was 4 weeks old and tagged me, had over 22,000 comments on it

No, how do I make a bot comment on people's pictures with my account name mentioned in it?
Is there a software which gives you control over a bunch of bots and you can make them comment you IG name on random images ????
