Relisting Item that was taken down?

So I was selling an auto part that was doing quite well but it was taken down for infringing on eBay' policies. It terms it was just because of a line in the description (That I had just copied from amazon blindly) suggesting the part can be used for EPA modifications by a trained specialist. eBay doesn't allow items that are intended for messing with any EPA regulations and that's why I was told it was taken down.

Do you think it would be safe to relist this after taking out that sentence and adding one in that says "NOT FOR USE WITH EPA MODIFICATIONS"?
The initial email eBay sent me said not to relist it, but it seems like it was a standard form assuming the item itself wasn't allowed, which isn't the case. eBay even has a section for these items.

Thanks so much y'all, you've been super helpful to me.

if the listing was removed because of the description and not the item itself, i'd say it can be re-listed without any problem
and in my opinion it'd be better, if you wouldn't mention the word "EPA" at all :), i think you'd only draw unwanted attention with that, if i were you, i'd just leave that out from the description

Thank you, that makes sense.
