How to make 3-4$ per hour?

hello i am new to this site after browsing a lot of threads i finally decided to make an account.
I am not looking for high $$ per hour but only 3-4 $ an hour will be suffice which i can do easily not to put much stress on myself.
Some tasks which i can do easily are
Registering accounts on different sites (email verify)
Managing twitter accounts
Managing Facebook accounts and pages through private proxies(including post on Facebook groups)
Content Moderator etc
I have read some method but some are not legal or some are not ethical .some include spamming.
example i just read that make a post on advertising site that looking for android tester 100$\hour. then promoting offers to them. this is not good, i don't feel good after doing this. i dont want to earn like that.
Low price will be okay but i need stable permanent safe work and earnings.
is there any safe method you can recommend to me?
i will definately try that method recommended by many peoples.

its unethical and not enethical.. i am not aiming high $ but just 3-4$ per hour so that i can pay my bills and slowly i will focus on big projects, right now it is very tight financial situation for me

Checkout Elance or ODesk. You should be able to find some VA or social media management work for that rate.

Just be clear on the person's job requirements and be very detailed in your work. Nothing drives me up the wall more than VAs who head off doing the wrong task or send me back a job riddled with errors that I basically have to redo.

im confused, you answered your own question by listing your skills, so I'm just going to throw this idea out there, based on what you said you can do relatively easily, not too much stress involved, and little-to-none startup $investment is needed:
build a brand offering those said services (managing social media, content etc) offer some package deals. Hustle your ass off via sites like fiverr and here in BHW. Offer a select few an exchange of your services for their review. Build rep, offer quality work, get paid.. Rinse repeat.

easier said than done, but this is a white hat method.
A way I have made $3-4/hr for the last 10 yrs has been content creation.

This is entire goal of yours is predicated on your effort. Good luck

you can make more than $3 to $4 an hour by selling plasma it normally takes less than 1 hour and i have goten as much as $80 on 1 trip.

Your Eng sucks big time. Also $3-5 per hour in India is lot of money for 90% of the people living there.

Maybe i don't have enough good English writing silks or skills? but that does not mean i will not do the work seriously or take the job seriously. I know the value of hardwork. I know how hard the labourers carry the brick for 8 hours and spend there whole full day just for 8$

Personally, I would not even think of hiring you if you tell me your skills suck, all the hard work in the world won't make up for your employee if your skills just suck. Also, I will have to agree with the rest of the people and assume you are just a lazy person, if you come into the IM world and just aim for as little as $3 dollars hour so you can probably just not go out and get a job that says much about you.
I hope you can find time to develop some serious skills on any area and maybe then you can offer your services.

work on your skills first op, learn to code / learn to edit photos videos / learn to create blogs / learn a little bit about everything and then you'll be ready for IM, currently you're not Op sorry.

From what you say you haven't really even scratch the surface of this forum. Try harder read, you will learn a lot and you will be able to create your own method which will not be illegal or immoral. If you have no coding skills than you should consider buying a host and buying a word press theme or you can even use one of the free themes (if you don't like to use nulled themes). Try doing a simple website/blog of something you love and try to find monetizing ways right here on this forum. That should be something that will mark your start, from there on you can always expand, you will have many ideas that will just pop in your mind. The internet market for everything really. You can sell, do reviews, promote, write, take pictures, share videos for entertaining purposes and so on. There millions ways you can go and make a living. Most important don't give up

Yes, i do have some skills.I can make websites in simple HTML or in wordpress\joomla.
I tried on fiverr but there is a lot of competition on fiverr. i hardly get any order in 5 days or so. Not worth putting my time. I need to find a way from which i can make even less but it has to be stable.

Don't get discouraged by the comments. I work in retail, most of my customers are nice enough but a few are difficult to handle but some are upset because the cost of your writing is very expensive. Other offers who have gained trust and experience write 500 articles for 3$. Try to start small and don't expect that you will receive money right away because before they hire a content writer, they usually ask for samples first and evaluate your work.

I believe the some of the posters are really trying to help you, so take their advice in improving on your writing because no one will take you seriously if your posts are unprofessional . Right now I'm trying to find my old English textbooks in high school and repeating their exercises or looking at YouTube in getting free English lessons (Don't worry I'm not good at English either). We are at a disadvantage because we are not native English speakers but this shouldn't stop us in expanding our fields.

Also I'm relatively new here but I learned that IM is not what you can call stable. Few ever make it and some are still struggling after 2 years. Success stories are all well and good but very few are actually true because some of them are trying to make a quick buck in a more subversive manner. There are methods here but most of them only cater to US or European markets and that is why, like myself, are trying to find ways to get in to the market. Many of Non-USA countries invest in proxies or VPN but this is also a gamble because you may get banned so I try to see the reviews first for any technical problems.

My advice is try to search in IM journey threads relating to content writers or watch your competition. For example there is a business that write 500 worded articles that assures that it will get a ton of views, can you compete with them? Also don't focus only on BHW for advice, try searching for other forums but remember their rules and etiquette. If your good at your academics you can try in tutoring but they want to see first your transcript of records.

Just keep reading and gather as much information as possible while working (that is what I'm doing right now). I know some scoff at 5 dollars because they have a high cost of living in the states but like you 5 dollars here is having a meal 3x a day. Understand that some members are tired of seeing how can get $XXX in a day threads because they already answered to some of the threads. Before offering any services, always look at the competition and make sure that you can out do them or at least offer something unique.Don't let your temper or frustration get the better of you, some may ridicule you but if you truly believe that you can improve I'm praying for your success.
