However at first glance i see links from linkedin, Facebook and Youtube and KW search is very low at around 700 per month. So maybe competiton very low? Or some hidden PBN links.

The only explanation would be a ridiculously low competition or hidden PBN links.

I I've even thought of hidden links was a possibility. But what if you are looking for: links:the doamin on google, Would we not see the PBNs?

Link: was an old Yahoo operator doesn't work anymore. You can just use the domain query and find branded or naked URL anchors.

That being said, the niche looks EASY as hell, so he might actually be ranking with that one link.
