You can have one for 5$ on fiverr/seoclercks if you have any luck, but there is alternatives to FB ad, there is bingads, adwords.

One of the issues with FB is most coupons only work on FB advertising accounts that are less than 14 days old and have never run ads before.

CPA = Cost Per Action, when anyone complete an offer under your link you get paid, it can be either an email submit or a survey...

CB = Clickbank, you become an affiliate and promote products, so that every sale you make under your affiliate link you will get a commission as high as 75%.
