Although that kind of advertising has been around for decades in many cultures, it is not acceptable in others.

In the USA, UK, Australia, much of Europe etc, it has been fairly prevalent for ages so it is nothing new but some countries and cultures do not have advertising like that.

The OP wants to block them, some people have shared how to do that... seems fairly cut and dry to me.

We can start the trend by making them acceptable, at one time lawyers couldn't advertise in some states of the US but one lawyer decided to be a rebel in his state and put ads anyway. Its no different than that.
