I know you wrote that's impossible to estimate how much it will make $/day, but it could be helpful to understand what a reasonable return of an investment.
How long it could take to make 1$/day without any great effort? What strategy could be set up to reach it as soon as possible and then let it go on autopilot?
Looking at it as a pure investment, it could be interesting to discuss also about "numbers", not only about selling the product. Help us in that, and you'll make better "numbers" than us.

It's impossible to have EXACT figures but what I sure can tell what I have seen with these sites. As I mentioned in the thread that in 3 months or so the site can do $1-2/day so isnt that ROI in a month once you reach that point. You could run GSA/Senuke and get some good quality links to the sites and that would be enough to get good authority, the sites will grow on the long tail keywords and you will make money with the ads (CPA if you want.)
If you are looking at a long term investment, the biggest plan will get you the biggest ROI in record time.
