temporary likes ban

I'm using a bot that every day likes more than 4k pictures, today I've got message that I've got temporary ban [24-48] hours because I'm liking too fast.
so is it dangerous for my account ? when I can use the bot again

that is a lot of likes for one day. Usually the ban will be lifted in a day or 2.

Anywhere from 50 - 200 every few hours or everyday.
Mix it up and keep it random so it looks natural.

Your account has been flagged. Now you'll get penalized easily even if you only like 100 or so.

just adding to everything said above. start with low likes now and slowly increase them. don't do it rapidly, otherwise you'll get another ban from liking

wow 4k per day that's a feat right there, it's a wonder you managed to hit that high in the first place, what normal human being would like 4k in a day and not only once but daily... Let the account rest for 3-5 days, then start slow, 200-300 per day max, if that works for a week then increase it by 10-20 per day until you get to 500-700 to where i'd say you should stop increasing

at the beginning, on my 3 years old account I was using instamacro and it liked approximately 7k pictures a day. now I realise how crazy it was and within three days numbers stood at approximately 21-22k likes. account wasn't banned at that time and is still alive but I've stopped using it since I'm growing another one. it would definitely result in a ban now.

Your account has been flagged. Now you'll get penalized easily even if you only like 100 or so.

That's been my experience as well. Once they flag me, they have no problem flagging my account on a constant basis.

I usually just make a new account now.

If you want to be 100% sure, just like under IG's public API limits (100 likes per hour).
