You can start your online shop with wocommerce (plugin for worpress) or there are a lot of ecommerce site hosting when you can setup your shop easy and fast. But I would recommend you to go with wocommerce. If you need help add me on skype!

There are many ecommerce platform from where you can easily start your online store.They will buy you the domain name in accordance of you and then you need to tell them how you want.
Some top ecommerce platform like shopify,woocommerce,magento from where you can have your online store website get ready.
Try to check many top fashion store from where you will have great idea and design.
You need to have one payment gateway,some examples are Google Wallets, PayPal, Amazon Payments and Payumoney.
One another important point is that you have to contact with your shipping partner like FedEx,gati,Delhivery.
Its easy to start with low budget..keep your spirit high.
