I'm noticing in OSE lots of domains getting different DA values now than they did just a few days ago, and mostly lower values. Anyone noticing that too? May have been a mass metrics update at MOZ, or a change in the way they compute DA?

yeah , it just got worse and inaccurate than it usually was.

It's still my chief metric when going after expired domains for PBNs. Care to share your metric? Would be appreciated.

Yes exactly same happened with me also.
They decreased me down. :(

Yes, I have noticed Moz PA/DA has been jumping almost everyday for the last 4-5 days or so. I extensively use Moz and so, I can also confirm that it is not only downward trend. I have to now check my lists very frequently as some are jumping up too. The dirt is getting filtered out quicker now.

What about trust flow?

What about trust flow?

I find DA to be a good way to filter thru large lists of domains. Basically get DA for all domains in the list, then look at those with DA 20+ and keep the ones that have good backlinks and history. I find that DA is a good indicator for a domain's worth, provided the domain is not spammed. Spam inflates DA, but if a domain is clean, then the DA is accurate. I rarely look at domains with DA under 19: some may have good backlinks, but why get the DA 19 domain when you can keep the higher ones?

I don't use Trust Flow much, mostly because you need a subscription to check the numbers of domains I check regularly. Is anyone going by TF alone or primarily?

The only thing DA has been good so far is establishing link quantity, nothing on link quality.
