Nice guide. I've been using mass for already two months, so i can add some tips:
- Mass have the option of set a proxy to connect the accounts, use this! Massplanner works as a macro of browsers that run hidden, it's like you were opening five browsers and log in in five different accounts, so if you set many accounts on mass (more then three for example) and do the same actionts in all of them (posting groups) fb surely will flag this accounts. Use one single proxy for each two or three accounts (i'm using squidproxies, you can check on proxise section here in BHW too, this is really cheap, less then 2 USD each)
- About join groups, you should do an "ascending curve". In the first three days, join only three groups, then increase this two five, more three-five days increase to eight groups and so will going; i'm still trying to find a secure pattern, got some accounts blocked with 15 groups per day, so it's hard to known; it depends too of the account itselfs, the older ones (>6 months) you can set up more groups per day. Personally i'm using thee months older accounts, so i can't join to many groups right in the beginning.
- The extra module "actions" it's very important to keep the accounts safe, it basically do things that i normal person do: like posts, accept friends request, etc. I'm trying to help mass team to improve this, i think this module can be even better but the way it is now already helps a lot. But you should configure this right: for example this module have a option to accept friends request, so if you don't set a small limit, maybe you can end having 300 random friends in a week (speaking for myself haha) and this is not any good. I don't agree with the OP in this, i think you should have some friends, cause it's almost impossible a real person don't have any friends, so keep a number of 50-70 friends. It's enough and with this it will be more easily unblock the account if you got the "photo unlock by friends". Speaking with mass have a extra module of backup friends photo to help on this, but i don't like, when i get blocked i just open the list of friends of the account blocked in my personal fb account and then seach the profiles that are showing on the unlock haha.
- If you are doing a small number of posts each day, you can set a higher delay too on mass; find the time when in your country fb is more used and split the posts in this time. Example: you can post in 20 groups between 9AM-8PM. So set the delay to one post per each 30-40 minutes.
- Back in time we could post in 200-300 groups every day and the accounts were fine. In the last week of may fb rolled a security update and now if the system find that your actions are not a normal behavior or a few people tag your post as spam you get easily blocked. So it's very hard to post in many groups, if you plan or need a high traffic, you should have a lot of accounts and do 50 posts at maximum per account. Too keep more safe, make intervals, post one day, then other no and so it goes.
So i think is this, actually i could post more but i'm from Brazil so it's very hard for me write in english haha but i'll keep checking this thread and maybe i can help the OP answer the questions haha.
