Here is the tools/ services for each specific purpose.

1. Money Robot Submitter (It's all-in-one SEO tool and does support web2.0, wiki, article directories, social bookmarks, etc..)
2. FCS Networker (It's a web based service and best for web2.0)
3. GSA SER (I use it for tier 2,3, and even for more lower tiers)
4. Scrapebox (It can be used for lower tiers as well, but mostly being used for high pr link harvesting with low obl)
5. The Best Spinner (Spinning tool and does support German, French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish and Portuguese (both Brazilian and Portugal), also support for building a custom thesaurus for any language)
6. Article Builder (It's good solution for PLR hand written content, make sure to spin content to make it more unique)

First things first, do you have a spreadsheet setup with what your doing?

Then do you have a decent/s money site that you can actually do something with?

Most of the tools just allow you to manage the above points better and with more automation.

I have some money sites but i wont use them while i learn. I will make some CPA sites and try rank them for 1-3 keywords.
I understand all tools have a learning curve and you need somekind of tactic on how to do things. But am new to SEO so right now i am in learning mode i dont think anyone would give me there blueprint on how to rank a site. No i dont have a spreadsheet i dont plan on ranking hard keywords if i success i will try harder keywords and also start building PBN.

But for now i want to get to know the tools and play with them.
I gotta start somewhere, most ppl would maybe start manual then try automate it, i would to if i had more time.
So i will run some tests with different type of strategies and see what works and dont work.
