I ordered on June 4th, but have had no response from you at all???

A refresher of our communication prior to my order.

(a). I sent you an email with a sample logo to confirm if you could complete the design.
(b). You responded to my pre-sales question with this answer:

Yes! I can make the logo like this, it can be done within 48/72 hours of order received.

(c). That was 4 days ago, I have heard nothing???

I'm not in the business of pulling teeth. I asked you prior to placing the order if you could get this done. Obviously, you cannot. Just refund the payment and we'll move on.

UPDATE: I received the completed logo from PinkDiamond and we are truly impressed!

Just so everyone knows, I placed orders with a couple of different sellers who did not deliver. As it turns out they were using Fiver arbitrage on BHW. The logos they finally presented were awful. In each case, they made me wait and then sent me a logo that looked like it was created by a 14-year-old who used Microsoft Word. Needless to say, I was peeved. Those yayoos wasted four weeks of my time and they still could not deliver.

That stated, Pink Diamond gave us the design we were looking for and it was worth the wait. Time wise, we received the logo in 4 days. I was on edge after the 48 to 72 hour timeline because of my latest past experiences. But all that was squashed when I and my team saw the finished logo.

Would I recommend PinkDiamond? Absolutely!

Our logo needed to be customized. None of the cut and dry logo templates were going to cut it. Unfortunately, a number of sellers use logo templates because they have little to no graphic skills. PinkDiamond was not only able to complete the customization; he made 3 simple changes for me after the logo delivery and that made things perfect.

Duly note: I was expecting delivery within 48 to 72 hours. PinkDiamond explained why it took an additional 24 hours, which made sense. If you read my previous post, just write that off as my being over antsy from past experiences.

In summation, we are extremely happy!!! I'll be using PinkDiamond for future projects.

I did contacted OP for a sale page design, he showed me few samples which were impressive, so I decided to try his service. I ordered content + design for sales page, It took 5 days to complete sales page. Finally got my sales page and I am really very impressed to see content that he used and design which is really Up-to the mark, layout was simple and attractive.

I will use his service again for my next projects

Hey, I purchased a BST page from you about a year ago now and need another one done. I told you that you would be my first stop when I needed another one, so here I am. Is this service still available?

Just finalized my second order, I spoke with him prior to ordering to see how fast the turnaround would be, he said a few days, but after I think a day and a half he already had the entire BST page ready to go. I asked for some minor tweaks and he returned the final product to me within another day. Overall he's super easy to work with, does a good job of laying out what I was looking for and had no problems adjusting the things I asked for in a timely manner. The only thing was I asked for a copy of the .PSD file and he said he would have it in a couple hours, but it took 2 days. Was a little inconvenient, but not a huge issue, I think he maybe forgot, but once I reminded him in a PM he sent it right over.

Would buy from again, good work, I'm a happy customer, again!
