Is there an Instagram 101 guide? My noob process inside

Just started on IG, been organic so far. Got one shoutout from a customer and bumped my account to 1k likes. Getting 10-20 followers/day and 50-100 likes per post.

I'm looking on how I can ramp this up and be more aggressive in my growth.

Any help appreciated, even if it is on where to browse this forum for info.

If you are going to be with IG in the long term, I would suggest getting a bot. Manually engaging with IG is too much work. Do it in automation.

Is it worth it for just liking pictures -- I haven't found how much that will convert into active followers

Liking photos won't get you jack shit followers..1000 likes a day might get you 10 followers.
Gains are in follows and comments. You will get nowhere slow just liking photos.

It's new-age/yoga and new-gadget niche.

I don't want to go down the follow/comment path since it's not a churn and burn and I want to keep the integrity of the account. Looking for shoutouts too seems to be tricky finding legitimate accounts

well man, you're putting yourself into a corner tbh. don't do commenting, as it's the most limited are at the moment, you need to be very creative. find accounts in your niche and just do the follow/unfollow method, that's it. I don't have a churn and burn account and believe me, without following/unfollowing or shoutouts it's pretty hard to gain followers.

Instead of doing shoutouts, have you considered asking bigger accounts to like your pics? In certain niches, I get a lot of followings doing this.

most of these have an email in their bio, just send one to them asking to like your pictures. you can try dm but in my experience they rarely read those
