Got my review copy today. Checked the Web 2.0's and the articles are definitely handwritten. OP also putted my keywords in the title of the site in a natural way, it helps.

I think you are getting a good relation between price and quality, with some diversity (you're not only getting web 2.0s and also other type of links). Send some tier 2.0 to those and combine this with PBN and you have a good ranking strategy.

Follow up of my review copy after 2-3 weeks. My site went of from NA to page 4 (dancing a little bit). I used it with combination with a PBN service, like I said in my initial review I think it's a good strategy to follow...use this in combination with some PBN posts. Also some of the web 2.0 are ranking in TOP100 so I'm sure they are passing juice (and that without any tier 2.0 pointing to them yet...I'm sure some tier 2.0 will make a good effect on this).

I'm updating my review by my own intention, the OP didn't asked to update it or anything like it, I'm updating because I'm genuinely thankful.
