Hi,

Is there anyone on here with big fashion accounts or with something similar that can give effective shoutouts?
I'm currently on 1.2k followers and i'm trying to get above 10,000 REAL followers...there are many people on here with 300k+ followers so surely it shouldn't be hard to get 10k from shoutouts.

-Not looking for someone who's going to charge an arm and a leg for a shoutout.

Do s4s with people who have similar amount of followers than you. Accounts with 10k and more will certainly not do a s4s with a 1.2k it has to help both.

I think you got him mistaken, he is looking to buy shoutouts not do s4s.
