Nah, never at the same time. Always made sure to manually unfollow outside of FL's run hours. Didn't help though, apparently...

Hi daftmeerkat. Were you able dispute the ban with Instagram support?

I'm really interested to find out if you got this resolved. It sounds like you were being really cautious . By the way, I've read that setting auto-follows and auto-unfollows at the same time is a bad idea (Instagress bot doesn't even allow it). Do you think that had something to do with it?
