Not a dumb question i guess this is fairly unique.

So let me clarify every package you get the same just the volume of sites vary.

We do every step from finding the domains and purchasing setting up hosting, site design the list is endless.

In short you will get a list of sites and logins all set up hosted ready to rumble you just add your links content or whatever you fancy.
