How to request to Remove Search Results to google?

Hello Guys,

I am from Europe and i wanna remove 3 sites from google search (.at) and i wanna report website to remove from .at search result. For this i am going to use chillingeffects.org but option i need to fill E.G Step 1. Describe the Notice, Step 2. Original Works in Question, Step 3. Recipient of the Notice, Step 4. Sender of the Notice Please guys let me know what type of information i need to fill in these filed. And in Recipient of the Notice
section there is a Address Line 1,2 option. in this section in have to fill my own address or someone's else?

I am from European Country and according to this law Anyone from European Countries can request google to remove info. But i don't know how? I don't know what is the right process to fill this forum.

wait wat??? DMCA is an AMERICAN law for copyright infringement. Plus, it's done on a page by page basis. You can't just have a website removed like that. lol duh everyone would do it

I can't read your link, but are you talking about the right to be forgotten law? That is not a DMCA issue.
