do you use domains that are merely expired or aged? Do these have a clean link profile? What about obscure niches, can you create PBNs for these as well? Can you show me some samples of your work? Do you use niche relevant domains, or just anything you can get?

I had a somewhat more than mildly unpleasant experience with the last person I worked with building a PBN from here. Most of the domains had indexing issues. That said, I am open to giving your service a shot assuming I can validate some things before I commit to an order.
Can you end me samples in the health/fitness niche along with metrics for the associated domains and the methods you use to screen prior to purchase?
