how pinterest suspends my accounts

I've seen accounts redirecting from blogger and tumblr sites. You don't have to buy new domains.

I see a lot of people doing pinterest+adsense and I am wondering why you guys prefer this monetization instead of affiliate?Have you tested how much can you earn doing affiliate, with the same traffic you send to your MFA site in long period of time, like a month or more.

i just found out that group board is not even my problem. that old pinterest account is simply so blacklisted that whenever i pin from it, i get suspended.

i have 22 followers, following 18. just created a new board among existing 11 boards. pin from that account. and suspended. how could that work? i got followers. if whoever pins from me gets suspended, how many are they going to suspend?

the only thing i can think of now is because i repin while i am not following that account? if that's the case, it will mean that all repins i gain from addmefast will not count? interestingly, i have been using addmefast to repin. 3 days later today, the pin shows up with no repins!

anybody has experience with pinterest with addmefast/youlikehits and the like?

If they really suspend you're for repinning,that means they are marking your Account as suspicious and wanna see who's in the boat.
But that sounds really extreme.

No experience with this suspicious kind of methods but they won't get you anywhere.
Build a real audience and the rest will come by it's self.

You don't link to the stores, you link to your sites/blogs and get as much relevant traffic there. Perhaps this non-shortcut would help. I don't think Pinterest is blackhat either...

i almost have had enough of pinterest after just 3 weeks.

i can hardly believe how they suspend my accounts: they black list my site. (maybe there is a way to know this?) i have the site url listed with account X. i posted some 4 pins in the span of 3 weeks. (hardly spamming compared to those who spam the hell out of some group boards.) i then repin from account A, and B. the second i repin, the account is gone. its like hard-wired switch! i had to try account B to find out why. so they left me account X live for what? this really doesnt make sense. so what if my follower repin my pin? they got suspended too? one thing i am not sure is i wonder if i repin to my own board (instead of a group board), will i be suspended?

from what i've gathered from all the journey posts here, pinterest is prolly not worth the time. 1 of the journeys manage to make $1k a month, which is the most i have found. also based on my observation, there is not really such a thing as blackhat pinterest. all i have found so far is some serious projects with a well-established blog which in turn lead to a well-established store (or affiliates). i do see some recipe spamming leading to adsense sites.

my conclusion is that you cannot just create stores with many items, and have pins linking to the stores. i seriously dont see that working. if so, to run an amazon store, i might as well just try to rank the site on google. why do i even need pinterest?

More so because it's easier or they just don't have experience to setup a good converting LP.

I see the same thing with people spamming their sites on FB groups.

an account with only 22 followers suspicious imo , maybe that's your problem .

some guy in the journey section was making 1000 K / month and didn't get banned for like a month .

i guess the group board is the problem. but come on, i only pin to a group board like a total of 4 times from 4 different accounts! and others are pinning 5-10 at a time. i still dont get it.

well, if $20/day is all you get, it does not sound too worthy at all. i used to get $200-$300/day from tumblr.

the key question of mine is should i continue with pinterest? can i get $300/day with pinterest in say 2 months. time is not on my side. i cannot waste time if its not going to work.

wow, how did you get that earnings? I have several accounts on tumblr with 10k+ followers but i never thought about getting traffic and money. How did you do that? Pls, help, i need to know

if u buy domain in godaddy or namecheap you dont need to host for forward domain. godaddy offer good price for .com domain.

As snoopy said about group boards that isnt the problem since Ive never touched group boards either and been having nauseating waves of suspensions of around 15-20 in a row.

Interesting that snoopy hasnt been touched. Probably jsut cos you havent had your accounts blacklisted. I was fine for over a year and suddenly I got hit this last few weeks. Maybe theyve just got more people flagging accounts now than they used to/algo change/both.

Really knocks the wind out of you.

Just when I was thinking that pinterest was starting to bring me some good income 5-10 dollars a day sometimes and I was thinking to sclae up and be laughing but oh no like always get smashed back to 0 by the hand above.

Blacklisting accounts is the problem I think. Main account gets blacklisted and probably a bunch of others (the repin accounts) are on the 'watch' list so if you repin from them, as pinterest hopes, you will you get suspended.
