A detail company. Need web help

I have a auto detailing company. im having trouble getting customers. not sure if its my website or fb page. should I start over? I have an ad word ad, fb ad and cl ads. I'm looking to get real customers and not just fake likes. I don't care about likes at all. they don't pay the bills. I need real customers. if this isn't the right section of forum, please advised on where to go. here are my 2 pages

My idea would be using fb as a showroom. being more active with what you do daily. and also post some offers like discounts or something like that.
Second is your website. make your own domain since not a wix one, and a better looking design there are plenty of word press themes for free or hire a web developer.

Appeal to customers. The car in that picture is a very specific type of person's car. The average person will probably see that as intimidating for one reason or another and go somewhere else. Your website looks decent, but you really need to purchase a domain. I would NEVER purchase from a company with a blahblah.wix.com domain. Once you get that in check, you will need SEO to drive traffic to your site. If you want to go over specifics and more details for improvement you are welcome to PM me. Additionally, ads are useless if you suck at targetting.

I would definitely look at getting a real domain. Websites cost barely anything. you can use website builders like weebly etc. You can use WordPress and find hosting on web hosting forums for like $12 a year.

Or could update it on wix to a .com or .net etc. I would also look at getting some local SEO done,

I've found a few keywords you would easily rank for in Pennsylvania with low competition

interior car cleaning services - 360 searches per month
auto interior cleaning service - 20 searches per month
auto detail cleaning service - 20 searches per month
full service car detailing - 30 searches per month
car wash and interior cleaning - 50 searches a month
mobile car detailing service - 30 searches a month
detail cleaning service for car - 30 searches a month and a whopping keyword competition on 7%...

All those keywords are under 18% for keyword difficulty

I don't have much free time at the moment because I'm working on my own projects but feel free to PM me and if I find time I'll help you out for free.

If you made a new website or optimised your one on wix with a domain and ranked for some of these keywords, I guarantee you more sales will start rolling in. Even though those keywords have low search volumes it doesn't matter because they are local.. those are local targated searches. If you can get in front of those on the first page of Google it will do wonders for your company.

I never knew that you could turn a wix page into a .com it seems like the easiest page to step up. I don't know how to use html at all. so I'm looking for cheap and easy

Like fredfred posted change your URL to a custom domain.Next there is no imprint about your company like you are hiding your real adress.
Once you have changed these 2 things target local seo in google and start adwords to see how your website converts.
I would suggest to install google analytics so you can check how the visitors are moving through your website and what needs improvement

I have gone through the website you have...its very basic website ...doesn't attract me ...as far as my advice to go for website instead of WIX go for total new website in Wordpress ...get some basis SEO done ...and then try getting clients ...even u do SEO u need site responsive ...so in short go for total new look and feel of the website and then start .. you don't have to invest big amount but yes ...u need to have packing good and attractive so that people at least stop and see what you have inside .

1. domain. You have to buy a decent domain, where the buyer will believe you have a real company

2. Fanpage. The design is very ugly. You have to look real. There is no obvious logos. You have to look like the people in your area, with a familiar face. Poto fanpage unclear meaning

3. Offline go online. You explain where your company. When to stand. What are the benefits of your company. Discount. And how the service helps the customer.

4. Design your website very badly.

how do you know if I hire somebody if I'm hiring the right person? money is tight because I'm just starting out but I want it done right. I'm getting lots of offers to do but not sure who or what makes a good site that will bring in customers.

What makes a good site in my opinion:
1. MOBILE RESPONSIVE!!!
2. Strong CallToAction
3. Sticking to a color scheme and not having 50 different colors.
4. Less shiny and popping elements(those drive me crazy)
5. Clear explanation of services and prices(if you have exact prices ofc)

The rest is just how you format the content and if you will use images and icons.
