Quick question, if I were to offer a product or virtual points for viewing an ad (video ad) on a website is this allowed?

I remember farmville used to do this and i would get extra coins or something.

I'm talking about Video Ads not Youtube Video Views

I want to integrate a system where if you finish viewing this video ad you would get bonus coins in a game / offer, i'm asking if this was allowed since i'm not sure :O
