0.99 godaddy .com domains

Hello,
i've godaddy acc and in past i bought two domains for 0.99, today i wanted to register another one, found a working promo code, but when i logged in the promo code stopped working. Can i register with all the same info and just use different email adress? Anyone has some expirience with buying these cheap domains.

GoDaddy doesn't want you to take more than one domain per user at promotional price 0.99

You can make another user, but it won't let you use same paypal or credit card (my guess).

You can try and use another coupon, I usually go to joinhoney (dot) com/

It's not about the promo code. They just don't want to let the OP to take too many domains with a promo price.
