@Jollyman thank you for replay and sure this links are very good for PR and serp and just to comment good for local biz is to search website with high auth in ur area like local news paper, magazine, radio, local tv and buy a post but u see this such links are paid this thread where free can post

Yea I agree. these are paid links but the benefits you get from them are very high. Just my thoughts, many of the other bloggers are after this and seems it is really tough to get on their list. But once you do, then it will be a good boost to your site.
