he told me he has hired someone first but later he pinged me and told me that the guy is asleep hence he was willing to work with me
however we couldn't struck a deal due to some reason but I don't think he is a scammer

the guy he hired was from US if its you and if the work was done before you went off to sleep then 12 hours ago he wouldn't have asked me to do the job
