We are happy to reset your phone verification privileges. However, we only do this twice per month (on the 15th and 30th). Once international users have experienced trouble with the ?text me? option as their text message takes longer than the allotted 5 minutes to arrive. Once your ability to verify is reinstated, we recommend using the ?call me? option, If you are an international user and would like to have your verification privileges turned back on, please send an email to
[email protected] with INTERNATIONAL VERIFICATION as the subject line.
Did you attempt to enter the 4-digit code you received and the system told you the code did not match our records?
If you received your verification code through text message, please make sure to open the text. The text message is sent from a 5-digit sender code?you must open the message to receive the verification code. If that still doesn?t work, the system allows you 3 chances to verify. You may hit ?cancel? and re-try your verification. If the text message option is giving you problems, we recommend trying with a phone call or vice versa.
Did you miss your phone call or text message verification or did the call or text never arrive?
Before attempting to verify, please make sure that your phone is next to you. The call or text comes almost immediately and you have only 5 minutes to enter the code into the site.

When you tried to verify your account, did the site take you back to a sign-up page?
This is a glitch that we are in the process of fixing. Please wait until the verification page is completely loaded before attempting to verify. This has caused some users to be logged out.
If this does not work, you may send us a completed and signed W-9 form (see top of this email for info).
If you would rather wait and verify by phone, please send an email to
[email protected] with SIGN-UP as the subject line. Make sure to include the internet browser you were using when you experienced the problem, if you have a PC or a Mac computer, and which operating system you were using (Windows, OSX, etc.) This will help us to better diagnose the problem.
