So wait can you buy BULK twitter accounts though so accounts you can manage/edit yourself rather than just buying followers?

I have 25 that I bought from ShadowCat just sitting in CSV file collecting dust. No plans to use them until I get a better bot. Other than that I have about 8 I frequently use and probably about another 20 that I've created over the years that I don't login to anymore.

I have read in this thread that people do make money with Twitter accounts.
How is that even possible. Please share your experiences and thoughts Coz I am eagerly interested in things like that.
