I am bored with bing ad's guideline. It is so strict!

Whenever I create the campaign, it says that "Your input could not pass editorial validation. Please contact Bing Ads support or refer Bing Ads editorial guidelines." I was going to promote a dating site offer. Should not I promote these kind of offer?

As all new accounts are getting ban by bing, do not promote anything which will get editor intervention.
Try to keep low and make ads which will zero intervention from editor, you can check which words is having problem, remove the words and again start fresh. Do not get caught under the radar of bing editor, don't use prohibited keywords or word in your ads campaign.
