It is getting very old to come on this sub and find 100 posts just like the last 100 that are somewhat along the lines of "need a good bot, FL sucks" "need help FL isn't

working" "why is my engagement not at 10%" Etc.

Look guys, you jumped on the band wagon by buying FL because everyone else seems to have the bot on this forum. So you thought to yourself "Okay, FL is where it's at, I'll

purchase it and grow my accounts super unrealistically fast and become rich and famous" It does NOT work that way. With FL or Instagress, or TomPots bot, that's not how any of it works.

You continue to complain about the bots and never take the time to really learn the in's and out's of them. How they work, how to make them work for you. Even if you do take the time to learn how to use the bot and all its features. That is HALF the battle. If you would like to be successful with the botting and gaining followers, potential customers, and have great engagement; you have to first understand that There is no magic bot.

It is a combination of having the right niche, the right keywords/hashtags to go after, quality posts, time of day that you post, the amount of effort you put into captions. Believe it or not but its the attention to detail like adding a great caption to an already great picture that sets you apart from other pages in your chosen niche. Not just slapping 15 annoying hashtags to every picture you upload.

80% OF THE SUCCESS YOU CAN ACHIEVE WILL BE ACHIEVED BY RESEARCH, HASHTAGS, PHOTOS. NOT THE BOT ITSELF.
Think of the bot as a vessel, sure it floats, but where you guide it is where it'll go. If you just let down the sail and let the wind take you you have no control over where you end up. You have to be the F#*kin Captain of that MFer. Or else you are doomed to go wherever the wind takes you.

1.LEARN YOUR BOT
Whatever bot you decide to use, stop posting about how it sucks on BHW and learn the in's and out's of it. Look at the manual, look at detailed threads on this very forum. Check the journey threads, etc.

2. Research
Once you know the in's and out's and the technical side to the bot of your chosing; RESEARCH. I can not stress this enough, you have to dive into your niche. Don't be lazy and go to the biggest page in your niche and scrape their followers and then bi*ch and complain about how you aren't growing very fast. That is the easy road, the lazy road, the road to failure. Dive deep into the niche like your life depends on it. Research unique hashtags that users are tagging their photo's with. Go to lots of users that follow big pages see their lifestyle, the type of person they are, as you do this you will learn what will entice them to follow you, to like your pictures, to interact with you, tag their friends in your post. You have to find 100's of hashtags, dont just go for the biggest ones, these are often the ones used by users like yourself trying to grow. If you continue to target the seller you'll never get the buyers. Target the buyers, find out what hashtags they use, etc.

3. KNOW YOUR TARGETED AUDIENCE
I cant stress this enough, to catch a criminal you have to what? THINK LIKE ONE. To catch a follower you have to what? Think like a follower.
Be nosey, find potential followers through hashtag research and big pages followers, but dont stop there. Check out their page, their lifestyle, go back 4-8 weeks and see what they are about. If you do this enough you will eventually see a pattern in a niche. For instance, tattoo niche, alot of these guys are bikers as well. Post a cool pic of a bike with a tattoo'd owner. Etc. Connect and RELATE to potential followers.
4. Be patient, persistent, & progressive
Be patient- things like this rarely happen over night, don't give up. Stay the course. You get out what you put in
Be persistent- continue to push whilst on this journey, good pictures good posts, continue to interact with followers, etc.
Be progressive-instagram is always changing, adapt. Change with it, settings, pictures, actions on the bot, etc.

I think it's in the nature of people. When some of them look at others who already have results, they think it's easy and start doing it. Only when they try it, they realise that this success is owed to many factors. The key is persistence. No matter what, continue doing it and working on it and after some time you'll grasp results!

People expect the SAME exact Instagram clone page (hot chicks niche, look at it, millions of clone pages) to make them money using CPA. Tie and time again I tell people to NOT bot, but rather offer quality for the followers, but nope $$$ first. Th difference is my accounts keep growing organically (soon to be officially branded) and theirs burn up over a few months. I pull in donations, sales, and get offers to post and support different content, while others spam cpa until no one is interacting on their account. They rinse and repeat, I grow and repeat.

Quality in quantity over subpar human thinking and spam. I laugh now at all the new threads about people "hoping" to make $50 per day using cpa and scraped images. You won't last long, and to be honest even though I do try to help majority of the people, 99% of them are not smart enough to see the wisdom.

Great post OP. I'm building a following based on a winter sports niche. I will not even begin to "attempt" to monetize it until the snowboard / ski season begins in the fall of 2015.

Patience and research are a must. I'd rather have a quality account with the proper types of followers who are truly interested in my niche.

I think followliker is the best bot out there and to be honest everytime I read something from OMGapparel I learn something so a guy needs to do what he needs to do to earn money, but if its done well hell I wont complain.

That is a pretty great idea, however; follow liker and other bots will never do this. They are making too much money selling to people who don't know how to use it properly.

FL is an excellent bot, but they have some bugs that can't be fixed and they should have a guide how to overcome this bugs when the time comes to face them.

YOu cans et everything right and one day it will just stop working and its not becouse you don't know how to set a fucking bot ( at least for most of the people this is not the problem ).

I had a major problem with FL twitter it just stooped following, I have done everything to see what is the problem and even reinstall the bot but nothing changed.
I have opened a support ticked and after a few days they tell me to delete scraped users and report back if FL will start working again.
I did that and you know what it started to follow again.

The problem was ( after I asked then ) the FL can't manage to many scraped users and it will eventually stop working. This is something that all of you will face sooner or later as fl scrapes all the time.
The can't fix this or won't but this kind of problems that are bound to occur FL should make a troubleshooting guide for the most common errors becouse of FL bugs not leaving people wandering for days what the fuck is wrong with the bot when everything is set up correctly.

They are also lot of other bugs that you can easily overcome but FL should make a guide for all the problems so people can be prepaid for it and know how to handle it, becouse 90% of the problems will occur sooner or later to all FL users.

what most people fail to understand is that any kind of bot is just an "automation" tool. The idea is to test something manually and checking whether it's working or not. If it does then you buy a bot and automate the process you did manually. Then you scale.
