You can search for Godaddy coupons, you'll probably find $1-2 coupons

Godaddy by far has the most coupons, you can VERY easily find .com domains for $0.99 - $1.99

You can go for .tk as mentioned by someone above. Just so you know, these are not reliable TLDs. They will take down the domain the second they get a fake complaint.

On the other hand, .info is much better and cheaper.
