[HELP!] Problem With Outsourcing Content and Outsourcing In General.

Hello BHW Community!
For years now, I'm still writing all the content for my money sites. I know, I just have to outsource those but the problem is, I have trust issues. In short, it's really hard for me to trust anyone.
What if the content that I paid is rubbish or won't pass my "perfectionist meter"?
I feel like if ever I'm gonna hire someone to write for me, I just want to hire the best or the perfect one (which I think is really impossible).

Not only with outsourcing my content, but also with outsourcing in general (hiring Virtual Assistants, etc.)
Until now, I've been doing everything all by myself which sucks to be honest, but I can't really help it.

I'm a certified perfectionist. I always want EVERYTHING to be perfect.
I know, it's bad for business. For months now, I've tried everything to eliminate this "perfectionist mindset".
I did every method that I found on several sites or even on YT, but nothing worked. It seems that it's already engraved with my soul since I was born.

How can I overcome being a perfectionist?
Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

There's actually a downside to being a perfectionist, as there's nothing perfect in this world.

You're essentially striving to obtain to unobtainable, therefore it's kind of a "time wasting" event (figuratively, of course).

Outsourcing is a large part of business and it requires a certain amount of trust within both parties, you've just got to find the right partner and you'll be good to go.

Either that or just write the content yourself for the rest of your life!

I used to be like that and i still am, i can be bothered by the smallest shit that nobody will look at and fiddle for hours with things on my sites that did nothing for my business (like the thickness off a border in a particular mobile browser)

And i still could not leave it alone, its a OCD kind thing. But i learned to let things go out of my hands. It is a process though because perfectionism is like an OCD that is burned in your brain, probably for years and it is gonna take time to create new paths in your brain, a new way of thinking.

You should start with small things that are important enough for a worker to gain your trust and not important enough to make you go in a all out panic attack, i hope that makes any sense, if it does you will see that if your worker gains your trust you will be giving hem more important jobs without the stress, that is how i learned to let things go out of my hands and stop fiddling with parts of my websites that does nothing for my business
