Facebook block my fb ads account and ask for id

hey, i use FB ads and in less then 24 hours my ads was block, and they ask from me a id

the messege that i get

"Ad Manager"

Error Your ads account has recently been flagged because of unusual activity. For security reasons, any ads you're running will be paused until you can confirm your account information by contacting Facebook."so i send them id , but i takeing little bit long, more then 28 hours, theres anything i could do ? or there any limit time that the answer (like upto 72 hours or something) becous as its look, i could wait forever ..

Yes, the wait could last up to forever. The credit card added by you, was it a VCC or a real CC?

And the facebook account used, was it a newly created account or it had some activity in the past?

Real CC , with activity account, the account of my mother and the credit card of my father..
theres anything i could do ?

Go get your fathers id and submit. In the future, don't mix and match as that's a huge flag. Had you just had the same info all around. It wouldn't have an issue. You will be fortunate to get back in.

Something like this is unlikely to happen on real accounts. Still you will have to wait for at least 72 hours (Though I generally receive a reply within 24 hours). You can also call an FB representative of your local country. They have local toll free numbers for almost all major countries.

cant find their number, i dont thing so that they have a support in my country ..
there any livechat, phone support for global countrys ? like bing, godaddy, and more compenys have ?
