Certain sites accept/reject links before placing them, and they may decline adult links. But sape itself does not appear to filter for adult.

They stopped my campaign and wrote to me that they do not accept adult sites, but they have adult sites in system. So I guess you can get link from adult site there, but cannot link to adult site.

There's lots of sites in SAPE filled with adult links.

Definitely agree at this. If you are not sure with SAPE, then you should opt for a more sure approach such as PBN.
