Assuming this is not an authority site, if I build few high PR social bookmarks and 5-10 Web 2.0s directly to the money site, is it possible to rank within a week without the tiered structure?

I can bet it's a fake keygen/hack niche keyword. It won't take you long, problem is that with these kind of niches you will always have youtube videos ranked high on the front page taking most of the traffic.

Well, I like to go brute-force on these... Blast tons of links along with some decent WEB 2.0s and you'll definitely rank top 3 within a week or two. Just keep in mind that you won't rank there for long though... Just enough time to make you a decent penny. Good luck!

what I will do?

I will use traffic travic pro for competition of keyword. Then I will make some PBN. web 2.0 properties, social networking, social bookmarking and SM. That's it. Then I will wait for 2 week. I will see where my keyword is standing. Then I will make another strategy. I thinkg 3 to 4 week these keyword will take time. according to your details.
