What Is Your 2013 Programs / Tool Set?

What is everyone's go to 2013 black hat tools/programs?

*NOTE: Please do not waste your time by describing what the programs do. Just write your list of programs. We can research the programs ourselves.

I am mostly interested in getting quality real USA/Can/Aus/Eng traffic to a quality real "not spam/no sales/no ads" website and hopefully have the traffic convert into website signups. Please note which tools in your list would be useful for this.

I am new to black hat but went to university for computers so I will understand anything you say. I have read lots on this forum but don't know which tools to use.

I am very sorry if this question has been asked lots before on this forum. I just can't seem to find the answer anywhere.
