Hi mate! i have pay with Avangate! in my computer the prog is not working! in other computer (different net connection!) is working! i try to the other computer to activate the prog and no luck!

Hmm not sure what happened to all of your proxy URLs! Click Configure -> Proxy Fetching URLs -> Reload Default URLs. Then click Save after.

Not sure what that is, sorry! But you can use the Configure -> HTTP Proxy Testing -> Check against specific URL option and configure it for that website.

It is still working on our end and for many customers, Zamboanga! If you're getting a system error you may be missing a dependency (like .NET 4) - please open a support ticket or email us with a screenshot of the issue and we can remediate.

The issue is

"Unable to resolve your IP address to compare to proxy testing results."

Which means that EVERY single proxy tested... FAILS!.

I am not the only one on the thread to say this, yet it was ignored.
Why is this not working?
