blogger+custom domain?

Can we use custom domain with blogger to make a PBN?
I have only $100+18 hours a day to invest, if you have any other idea/suggestion please share it.

I would use that $100 and 18hours/day to build an authority site on Wordpress... that is if you don't own one yet.

Still you can get banned in blogger if you planning to use blackhat stuff

WordPress - provides more customization and makes life easier with plugins around SEO and link building.
Will require more work with blogger and will turn out to be headache as your PBN grows in size.

Yeah I dont think you will face issues.
Blogger does works fine with custom domains.
Just if you move to WP you will have much more access to the website.

no you have to pay and the price is like 13 bucks a year. You are better off getting a domain with a coupon (possible for $1) and then getting some cheap hosting which u can find for a buck a month from cheapo hosts or use a coupon to lower the price on a more premium host.

i also have similar plans, but you can't build an authority site with 100$. buying PBN posts for one is gonna cost me over 100$ do i dropped that idea and instead focused on making my own PBN, to rank my authority site(in future)

reason is that my budget is limited and i can't afford to pay for hosting.

I think you can but its all risky as you are relying upon a third party for free hosting.
