I got banned from Amazon associate and was making around 2~3K monthly.

I have few questions:

1- Is Skimlinks the best alternative? Also will I get paid for every item the user purchases in 24 hours or only the one I did redirect too? Also, how much should I expect to make with skimlinks?

2- Having VPN and being able to access and start a new site too, any idea if I can get back in or maybe purchase an amazon account? I wouldn't mind getting paid by Gift Card code too as I purchase a lot of stuff from Amazon. I can also sell the GC code for 5% off.

3- What do you suggest? Skimlinks or purchasing/registering an account?

Interested to know the reason why you got banned?

Sorry, why was your account banned? What did you do?

I use both Amazon associates & prosperent. Prosperent payments are sometimes delayed because they have different release dates for different merchants.

Seems not common in your situation, if you earn money, Amazon earn too, so why it ban you?

I got banned for the following reasons:
- Not using their pricing API and updating the prices manually
- Using a site which is not listed mainly social network site.

Did you try AliExpress?

Niche is not available in Aliexpress

I thought the same, but woke up one day with surprising email.

So again guys, what is the best solution?

How long did it take for you to get banned?

Do they always check where traffic is coming from?

You can be banned for this? There's a dozen sites I can think of off the top of my head that are GIANT and very public amazon affiliates who don't automatically update prices?

If the niche is not available in aliexpress I suppose that is adult related.

That means that they can argue that they want but the main reason is that is against tos promoting as affiliate adult products, although they allow to sell them.

I was banned on March because I promote their products in blogs and social networks accounts that contain adult content. Well, if I'm selling dildos, where they expect me to promote their products? In a Cartoon Network blog?

If I remember correctly, you cannot list a price on your site for the product unless you use their API. Otherwise you could say the item cost 20 dollars when it costs 200 just to entice that click.

No, the site had real/exact prices. But prices tend to change a bit daily and I wasn't able to keep track daily of the prices though the blog post was days old.

Surely if you fix the pricing issue they'll allow you back?

What does this mean? Were you promoting your site on a non-listed social network or were you using your affiliate code from a non-listed network?

I did and it never worked. Believe me once you are out, you can never get back in.

I did promote my site, but also did promote few direct links in related communities which I believe might be the main issue.

Again, can I buy an approved account or open a new one?

Yesterday I contacted the Amazon's support to verify this thing.
To avoid the ban you need to include a link to a Disclaimer custom page where you say:

"All prices on this site may change and those considered valid are displayed on Amazon.com (.co.uk - .it etc)"
In this way you do not need to update manually all prices...

Hope this will help all people that are banned without read their TOS (it's all there!).

Ok Good, i was looking into the same thing, hopefully the disclaimer custom page is solid info. Thanks guys

i have heard about amazon gift cards not working when they think they are stolen so i would play it safe and stay away from them!

You're dead wrong, if you had made an honest mistake, they would have given you a second chance. If you're are based on your spam footprints who I think you are, then you got what you deserved. And if you are, I hope that you get banned from every affiliate network on the planet. And if you're not, you still deserved what you got, and you still wrong about "Believe me once you are out, you can never get back in" like dead wrong. Only spammers don't get second chance !
