Your ticket is not about a problem with our VPS. You ordered yesterday and today you want another OS. This is not normal.
We do our best to take care of new orders or take care about actual problems, your request can wait because it's not urgent and again, it's not normal for you to choose one OS today and tomorrow to want another one.
Please understand that we do our best to satisfy all our clients, no matter the problem or the request but you could show some good faith. You have basic support level, even though your ticket was answered after 1 hour and 30 minutes which I think it's more than good.
Your OS will be reinstalled today.
