In the past I used to rank my low competitive webpages with few high quality backlinks alone. But things have changed dramatically in the past few weeks. I created 4 unique high quality articles and added 30 high PR social bookmarks manually and 4 Web 2.0 properties to it. I ran GSA to build 150 PR3+ Contextual links to the Web 2.0s to give it some boost.

I'm targeting hilariously low competition niches which ranked at the second page without building a single backlink to it. But right after I started my backlink campaign, all my webpages were deindexed by google!

So what's going on with SEO? Any new secret updates came by? F**k Me! I'm frustrated...................

how long has it been since it was deindexed?

how are you checking to know if the site has been deindexed? site: operator?

Such....quality....

Did ya check it site site: ? Or how did you get to that conclusion

The site is 9 months old. My whole site is not deindexed! But the new webpages are being deindexed right after I start to build backlinks. I typically check thorugh site:yoursite.com. I'm afraid Google might have penalized those page for any reason...

Nope. Unless you've done something egregious with the site content, Google doesn't remove pages just because you spammed crappy backlinks to them. They will just be devalued, and it's likely your site is not quality anyway and it was ranking for garbage queries. Or, you think it was #1 because of personalization.

Please clear my doubt, I'm ignorant dumb***! Yesterday when I checked with Site:xyz.com"my Keyword", the page was showing up and I was ranked at 2nd position. Later this day when I checked the rankings again, there's nothing showing up! And obviously its not in the top 300 which was at the 2nd position yesterday. So google have deindexed my page right?

How you came to the conclusion that your pages are deindexed? Have you got any spam warnings?

You can't really identify "rank" using the site operator. Next, less than 24 hours is not enough time for Google to crawl, index, and digest backlinks. What most people think is a "OMG I DID THIS AN HOUR AGO" and affects rank is really something that was calculated from the site weeks ago.

When pages are deindexed (outside of having manual action), it's either the content quality or a technical mistake on the site owner's side.

When your rankings disappeared, is your site still indexed when you checked with site:zyx.com?

Buddy you can not expect 1st position on the basis of Web 2 and social bookmarking.
Try some more.

The key in your statement is "in the past." That type of SEO strategy doesn't work anymore. And who uses social bookmarks straight to their money site??? What is this, 2010?
