I have to give it up to the guys - their rates are pretty low, but it comes with a price: the followers are starting to disappear quite quickly, with my twitter order of 2000 followers I lost at least 900 in the following couple of month, still the support is claiming its "within normal boundaries" of 10-15% unfollows and the rest I lose - are the real people unfollowing due to quote "your accounts being extremely uninteresting to the followers", the arguments that the unfollows are not gradual but sudden and happen in bulks of 100-200-300 daily while normally I get daily raises in followers' count - do not work.
VKontakte service is extremely unreliable, out of 400 followers ordered, after 1.5 month almost all of them are blocked by the network - had to swipe my followers list.
Summing up:
1) Pros: low prices, fast delivery
2) Cons: rude unhelpful support, many unfollows and blocked followers fairly soon

We run dozens of tests, drops are not more than 10%, you have something to confuse.
