I just read wizard04?s twitter journey and was really inspired by it, but since I am a lazy person, I thought to myself what if I will not do manual creation of accounts and everything will be outsourced, Will it make a difference? So here you go, this thread is born
Anyway, I think this is not considered a journey but more of a case study, but still, I will be updating it on a weekly basis or whenever there is significant event that will happen as this progress
Below are the set up that I will do for this one:
Twitter accounts ? purchased 50 pva twitter accounts @ $0.30 = $15
Tweets ? initially text tweets, purchased 15k worth of tweets for $5
Proxies ? purchased 10 + 2 proxies at instantproxies for $10/month
Twitter bot ? purchased FollowLiker for $97.99
VPS ? already have one for my other campaigns so I will not be including this in the cost although you can purchase one for $10/month
So in total, the upfront cost for this campaign is $127.99 and the recurring cost will be $10/month without the VPS, if you consider buying VPS then it will be $137.99 upfront and the recurring cost will be $20/month
I am considering to run this campaign for a year, so total cost will be $237.99 without VPS and $357.99 with VPS
I can?t think of short term milestones at the moment but at the end of this campaign which is 1 year from now, I am expecting that this should produce at least 1M twitter followers, and as for the earnings, I think it should be able to generate at least 10x the total money I spent.
Methodology
I will be using the twitter setup stated in this thread for safety measures
Aside from that I will not be buying fake followers so this campaign might have a very very slow start until it breaks the 2k followers which, I believe is still ok for me since I am not in a rush. Will it break the 2000 follower mark? I don?t know, we?ll find out later
Also, FollowLiker is set up to 50 threads with 1:5 proxy ratio (1 proxy ? 5 twitter accounts) which I think is still reasonable and still below twitter?s radar
I am planning to target a majority of US followers so I will be setting up FL to run 8am ? 11pm US time
I will just be tweeting 1-2 generic text tweets a day per account until I get to a certain amount of followers
I will also be using wizard04?s strategy of not following users who followed you and unfollowing users who did not follow you after 5 days
This is my setup for now. I am still waiting for the accounts to be delivered so there is nothing much that I can do at the moment and just play with FL with my old twitter account. I started yesterday and as of this writing, I gained 7 followers
