getting someones attention

If one wanted to get a websites owner/webmasters attention via sending referrer traffic to their domain via a domain i want them to see, how would one person go about doing that ? step by step perfavour

4. Put it on your head
5a. Ask them to sign your form
5b. Then pull the trigger if they don't

It's hard getting a webmasters attention, especially if it is a large website. Your best bet would be to email the owner

I agree with this. Business owners are seriously not poking through their own weblogs that much to give a crap about referrer spam. Doing the legwork and approaching them in an up-front manner is the best way to get someone's attention if you have something viable to offer them. Phone, Email, Mail.

Oh but they so are looking at their analytics, look at all the threads posted in all forums elsewhere, I'm not trying to talk to them, I want them to see something pretty cool.
