First $200 day with Bing Ads + Clickbank....

Good post, what kind of CPC's are you paying? Do you bid for each individual keyword or do a blanket cost per click? Also, are you running a ton of keywords or just a few?

Glad to see a fellow member doing well.

Anyways how were the average CPC of the keywords?

Googles clicks were more costly plus they do not allow affiliate "bridge" pages./.....which is why they stopped my ads. I could direct link from my landing page to the order page but sales go down quite a bit plus you really can not track

I've actually thought about doing this since so many vendors have poor landing pages themselves. It seems like a good idea/common sense to get your user from your landing page to the order form. There are some downsides to this of course (like if the user re-visits the order form later without going through your site first you lose the commission).

Hey rjd1265,

How could you see which keywords and ads were converting and which were not? I know with CPA networks placing the tracking pixel at the Thank you page is simple, but how's the case with Clickbank?

The reason I'm asking is, that I also gave a try to Bing Ads + Clickbank recently. I made positive ROI from a little test (one ad, several keywords) but because there was no proper conversion tracking set up, I don't know which keywords converted and don't want to continue before I know which keywords/ads work.

I've read that there are two ways to get conversion tracking to work automatically with Clickbank: You either ask merchant to place the tracking pixel or use Clickbank's built-in system (however it requires HTTPS enabled on your tracking engine I believe). So did you use either of those?

bing is only the best source for clickbank but these days everyone is trying it - day by day bids going high - we have to burn the money until we got right product

You just need a better ad so people click on yours.

Some other things I see competitors doing is offering a free bonus.

So the ad would say something like this:

{Keyword}: $997 Bonus Provided
Ad descrition here
website here

I never tried this so not sure how it works out?

Congratulation OP..! Nice work.

I just started giving Bing Ads a shot with CB. I have had over 100 hops and still no sales. I think my problem is I am direct linking though.

Are you using a LP or Direct Linking to the vendors page? Or are you capturing email leads and then doing an email sequence?

Sounds like you are the guy to ask since you have spent over $1000 in testing campaigns on Bing.

Thanks in advance.

I got over 300 clicks But not a single sale. It was disappointing. But I guess I am yet to learn so much.

Any updates OP?

Really want to know, how to create best ads for bing.

Voluum is going out of free version next month, So better option is CPVLab or Prosper only.

I asked the vendor to do this once i started making sales. he required at least 50 sales before he would do this, which i was well above but his customer service sucked and he never would get back to me for placing the code on his thank you page so i dropped him. I was starting to see sales increase but so was my ad spend so it was not really making much of a profit.

I was making like $600 a week but spending $500 so not a good ROI.

I am still somewhat new to paid advertising so i did not look into other tracking pixel sites.

I always used solo ads for my clickbank products but those were in the IM niche...easy to make sales with those as long as your funnel is set up correctly.

Update:

KEEP IN MIND THAT I ONLY RUN MY ADS MONDAY -THURSDAY FROM 3:00PM CST - 12:00 AM CST AND ALL DAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

This keeps the "looky lues" from clicking on my ads and not buying. I tested and proved that with THIS product nobody buys during business hours...while they are at work.

based on your experience, do you believe people will buy only in saturday ,sunday and outside business hour? (not only your niche, but all product in general) it's interesting to me. and 1 more question :
what niche your product is? just asking.. if you don't wanna reveal it its okay :)

congratulations
hope one day i will reach that goal too
