I have done 511 backlinks for my site but it's still didn't rank on Google .I have done blog post,web2.0,Article directory, directory submission, social bookmarking, social media marketing and others backlinks to rank the site but it didn't happen so how I can get rank please help me . :(

Search the forum, you can find so many tutorials or you can invest in some SEO services

Has it increased in position at all? Are they good quality contextual links?

How old is your website?

When you say it doesn't rank, do you mean it doesn't rank at all? Does it show up when you google site:<yoursite>

Are the 511 backlinks you were saying already indexed? You need to also know how "good" the websites are where you placed your backlinks in the eyes of google

in todays time, its not just about links but the quality of the links as well

I think you need to create more quality backlinks. Get some PBN links or guest posts OP

None of those will carry much juice or authority as I understand it. Buy some strong pbn links or build your own or make/write something people will be willing to link to :-)

Don't forget about Social Media. It's one of the major factors to focus on for search engine ranking success!

If the site doesn't show on google at all then something is wrong. Either targeting the wrong keywords or LQ backlinks

As you are saying you are not getting desired results, there might be some problems with your work strategy or with SEO process. The number if backlinks is not what you have to gain, but you have to gain the trust of users and search engines with quality content to attract the crawler.

Since you are not getting the desired results, I suggest you to start with the onpgae again. Make few changes in the onpage content, make use of keywords in the content of the webpage. do image optimization. then proceed towars off page process and perform the following activities:
1. search engine submissions
2. blog submission and optimization
3. article submission and optimization (make sure to use one article per website)
4. Create and submit classified ads
5. Forum postings
6. social media optimization

search engine submissions, blog submission and optimization, article submission, classified ads, Forum postings and SMO

I have a website online since 1 month and it got most of its links indexed, also few websites linked my site as source of their articles so i don't have to worry about doing backlinks myself, one of these links brought me 6k visitors for 2 days (now dropped).
If you write good articles or provide an interesting service you don't have to worry about when your website will rank, content comes first then backlinks.

create a good content with viral elements: infographic, video and etc.
People will share your content and you will get more good backlinks and ranking in google :)
