What is the authorise IP's issue?

Signed up for free account. Clicked on authorise IP. It shows my current IP, which is the only one I want to use. Clicked update IP's and get an error box "you are aloud (misspelled!) IP's" . So I put my IP address in the box and again clicked update IP's and again got error message.

If I then try to get any IP's I get the error message "IP Doesn't Match/Over IP Limit. Reset IP's in Control Panel."

Solution is? Using firefox if it makes any difference

I just checked and the issue was an illegal character in your sign up email (the plus sign) that was stopping the IP Count lookup. I've added a check in our system to allow that. Your all good to go.

It takes up to 24 hours to process all transactions and have everyones accounts setup.
If you still cant access after 24 hours please let me know asap so i can make sure the process went thru and can try to find out why your not getting access to proxy hamster.
